Sound baths with The Sound Meadow can be booked through the website. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 people in the space, so it is recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment.

Sessions are held at St. Wilfrid’s Church, Gilstead, on Friday evenings at 7pm, and once per month on Wednesdays. They last for 1 hour and are followed by a cup of herbal tea.

To book a place:

• Select your date

• Click the box to the right, showing the number of places

• In the dropdown menu, click ‘Select and Continue’

• Enter your contact information in the relevant fields.

• Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions

• Select ‘Confirm Appointment’ or ‘Pay What You Want’

• Depending on which option you choose, payment can be made on the following page, or a booking confirmation email is immediately sent.
